Our department vision is to provide our students with a practical hands-on approach to business management education. Our graduates will possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to adapt to a continuously changing business environment. Empowering students through cross functional capabilities to meet the challenges ahead.

  • To play a vital role in empowering the budding managers as full-fledged professionals with Creativity, Innovation, Self-confidence, Courage and Ethical Standards. To ignite and stimulate the young minds with practical sessions in order to bring out the hidden potential to limelight.
  • To enhance the skill set of future managers in logical and rational decision making thereby making them to contribute more towards our Nation’s well being and growth.
  • To impart and equip the managerial aspirants with dynamic business knowledge to face the future challenges in the tomorrow’s corporate sector.

PO PROGRAM OUTCOMES
PO1 Graduates will demonstrate the ability to integrate management techniques to aid planning and control in a changing environment.
PO2 Graduates will demonstrate the ability to integrate knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, organizational behaviour, economics, legal, total quality management, operations management and statistical analysis.
PO3 Graduates will be able to communicate using the advanced oral and written communication skills necessary for success in the business environment.
PO4 Graduates will be able to analyze the interrelatedness of market, economic, social, political and legal trends, and their impact on a global environment.
PO5 Graduates will demonstrate the skill to Manage, develop, and motivate personnel to meet changing organizational needs.
PO6 Graduates will show the understanding of differences across markets and customers and integrate disciplinary expertise across functional areas.
PO7 Graduates will be able to analyze the impact of information systems and technology on a business and demonstrate the ability to make effective information management decisions.

PEO Programme Educational Objectives
PEO1 To facilitate the learners to gain knowledge and understanding of management theories, models, frameworks and real world practices in general management and functional areas emphasizing the sector specific contexts.
PEO2 To create business leaders and managers with leadership and problem-solving skills for global business and to provide avenues for the development of professional and life skills that equip learners to engage in successful career pursuits covering a broad spectrum of areas in both corporate and non corporate sectors.
PEO3 To sensitize learners to issues of social relevance that managers and leaders must address, including business ethics, cultural diversity, and environmental concerns and introduce them to professional ethics and practices.
PEO4 To make them to adapt to a rapidly changing environment with learned and applied new skills and become socially responsible and value driven citizens committed to sustainable development.
